For Attorneys
Independent Mediation for Represented Parties.
Professional Background & Qualifications
More than 25 years in executive management, healthcare administration, regulatory oversight and organizational operations. Graduate degrees in business administration and legal studies, with professional mediation training and volunteer practice proctor service through the National Judicial College.
Scheduling & Availability
National mediation inquiries are considered for half-day and full-day sessions. Provide preferred dates, dispute location and number of parties so scheduling can be coordinated with counsel and clients.
Virtual, In-Person and Hybrid Sessions
Virtual mediation is available through Zoom, with separate party conferences where appropriate. In-person sessions throughout Nevada, travel to other jurisdictions and hybrid arrangements are considered subject to applicable requirements.
Case Intake & Conflict Checks
Every matter requires conflict screening. Party and counsel names are requested separately; do not submit sensitive case information through the initial form. An inquiry does not establish an engagement.
Preparation & Logistics
Mediation agreement, pre-session statements, attendance and settlement-authority expectations are coordinated with counsel in advance.
Request a CV or Qualifications Statement
Request a current mediation qualifications statement or CV through the general inquiry field below or by email. Professional qualifications can be reviewed before an engagement is agreed.
